This was my first appointment with Deepawali. Before starting anything, she asked about how I usually style my hair when not working and other questions in order to get an idea of what style would suit me. I appreciated this very much as it shows that she cares about her clients. Then she washed, trimmed and straightened my curly hair. All throughout the appointment she was very attentive which made me feel at ease. She is knowledgeable about hair and gave me very valuable tips. I will, absolutely, be going back.
